• Workplace preferences. Answer a short questionnaire to share pertinent info about how you prefer to work and what you expect from your employees. Do you prefer communicating via phone, messaging, email, or in-person? What hours are people expected to be available? Sharing your answers as part of your User Manual helps everyone get on the same page and work together productively.
